Discuss the production timeline early on, and ensure there's a buffer for any revisions or unexpected delays.

Save the Dates: 9-12 months before wedding

Invites: 8-12 weeks before wedding

Take into account some recent changes to the USPS system before sending out your save the dates and wedding invitations. Think about the location of your guests to you and if your wedding will be a destination wedding before sending out your pieces,

Save the dates should be sent out 9-12 months out before your wedding date.
